Eleved in Chanakyapuri presents a modern Indian wellness restaurant philosophy — plant-forward, Ayurvedic-influenced, ingredient-conscious — translated into an ultra-clean, high-key white photography aesthetic. Almost every image is shot against a pure white or near-white seamless background, giving dishes a floated, airy quality. The photography is contemporary and minimal: dishes appear centered, shadows are either suppressed or used as a stylistic diagonal element, and there are essentially no props beyond the serving vessels themselves. Small steel katoris appear in multi-component thali-style presentations. The beverages use crystal goblets on white marble.
